RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days all items are final sale.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, no smells, pet hair or washed.

Merchandise also must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging

Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned or exchanged.

GUIDELINES/PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We do not pay for the shipping for exchanges, damages, or returns. If you would like to exchange or return your product, you must fulfill your own shipping expenses.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please notify us on the packing slip. Once we receive the unwanted item back to us, we will send the correct size if it is still in stock. If not in stock, store credit will be issued!

To receive your store credit, you need to create an account to our website. Once we receive the unwanted merchandise back to us, the store credit will be issued to your account!

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return!

MISCELLANEOUS:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Once an order is shipped we are not responsible for it being lost in transit. You will need to file a claim with USPS. If your order is returned due to the incorrect address, we will charge shipping a second time to reship your package.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Final sale items include items listed in the SALE section of our site, intimates, bodysuits,and accessories.
